Equal1 has partnered with Universitatea Politehnica Timișoara (UPT) to launch an exciting new Master's (MS) program in Quantum Computing, set to begin in October 2024. This two-year, English-taught program will focus on key areas of quantum computing and quantum communication, preparing students for a career in the rapidly evolving field of quantum technologies.

The program includes three semesters of coursework followed by a final project semester, where students will participate in research activities and complete an internship, culminating in a dissertation.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including:

• Fundamentals of Quantum Physics
• Introduction to Quantum Computing
• Quantum Information Technology
• Quantum Circuits and Algorithms
• Quantum Communication Systems
• Quantum Applications in the Real World
